1. Attend all the customer support calls from customers & in a timely response to them to resolve the issues
2. Provide training to customers
3. Cross-sell for annual maintenance (AMC) & components to existing customers
4. Interact with current key customers to understand product performance & provide observations, and suggestions to the team
5. Gather product requirements & submit them to software development
6. Travel to client sites for deployment & support whenever required
7. Identify product gaps independently and document the same
