The candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer service through calls, chats, and emails
2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Maintain coordination with the backend team
6. Address social media queries
7. Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
8. Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
