Key responsibilities:

1. Convince customers about product features and place orders on their behalf.
2. Respond to customer calls and complaints and coordinate with a team to solve them
3. Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients
4. Use the appropriate methods and tools to provide information that is accurate, comprehensive, and thorough
5. Provide appropriate solutions and substitutes within the time frames specified, and follow up to ensure resolution
6. Follow communication protocols, rules, and policies
7. Multitask effortlessly between tasks like managing high-priority tickets, documenting solution articles, and organizing meeting/event preparations in a way that ensures their time and energy are divided appropriately

Requirements:

1. They must have excellent listening abilities to understand the accurate requirements of the consumer and must possess the patience necessary to handle difficult conversations effectively
2. Utilizing their technological expertise, they must be able to address challenging client problems
3. Customer-focused attitude and the capacity to adjust to and handle various personalities.

About the company - I Fly Now is an outsourced call center of Gaura Travel , (gauratravel.com.au) which is one of the leading ticketing agencies in Australia. We are located at Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane. We are a quality assurance center where we audit and calibrate ticket sales phone calls of air travel passengers, traveling from Australia to India and vice versa.
