About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle medical-related customer queries with empathy and professionalism
2. Provide accurate information and assistance via calls and emails
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently
4. Maintain records of interactions and follow compliance guidelines
5. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Requirements:

1. Any Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills
2. Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
3. Female candidates only

Additional information:

1. Attend HR and Operations interview rounds
2. Complete the US Voice Versant assessment (B2 Level)
3. Work 5.5 days per week with rotational shifts and offs
4. Avail one-sided cab service for female employees during odd hours
