Customer Service (International Voice Process) Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions via phone
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
4. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 12th Pass/Graduate
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process
3. Excellent English communication skills

Desirable Skills:

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills

Working Hours:

1. Shift window: 3:30 AM to 1:30 PM (any 9 hours)
2. Work from office (no remote work)

Rounds of interview: HR, email assessment and operations.

Documents: All previous company documents are mandatory.
