CRM (Customer service Email + Chat + voice process)

Min 1 year of experience into customer service Is required + good English communication.

This is (80% telecalling voice process, 10% email process , 10% chat process) so experience in chat as well as voice process is must.

Need Excellent English communication + Linguistic language
Telugu , Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati

Salary- 25k - 35K IH - depends on the last drawn

Rotational shift any 9 hours shift
2 rotational week offs

Location - Marwah Centre, 4th Floor, A & B Wing, Krishanlal Marwah Marg, Sakinaka Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Piknik hotel).
