Key responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
2. Establish performance benchmarks and hold a team to those goals
3. Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
4. Work on managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
5. Work on keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
6. Work on generating sales leads & building sustainable relationships where necessary
