About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Generate footfalls, online meetings, applicants, and enrolment through telemarketing/participating in events/visiting schools and colleges in the region
2. Interact and advise potential candidates about international study opportunities, the application process, and work opportunities
3. Ensure a high rate of conversion from lead generation into the applicant and/or enrolments
4. Deliver a session on -International Study And Work Opportunities- to relevant audiences
5. Ensure that required follow-up activities are carried on in time with customers and to ensure business development
6. Work closely with the counseling team, operations team, and student to ensure applications are processed in a timely and accurate manner
7. Ensure that the management is aware of market feedback and trends in the student community
8. Ensure that student records are maintained effectively and necessary follow-ups are undertaken to ensure that the student receives his/her offers in time
9. Upgrade his/her on destinations, universities, and courses
10. Work on being aware of the visa process/required information to effectively complete the assigned tasks
11. Undertake outstation and campus visits to promote the services of the company
12. Ensure that all required reports are submitted in time and accurately
13. Ensure effective use of the internal software
14. Prepare accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions
15. Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed

Requirements:

1. Engineering degree holders preferably

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 - 45,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2.5 - 6 LPA (All fixed)
