Customer Success Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide high-level customer service and support to customers
2. Analyze customer feedback & use it to inform product design and strategy changes
3. Track customer retention and engagement rates
4. Conduct customer interviews & surveys
5. Create and implement customer success strategies
6. Utilize MS Excel to create reports and present data
7. Monitor customer requests and provide timely and efficient resolutions
8. Build relationships with customers to help ensure their satisfaction with the end product

Required:

1. Corizo Edu-Tech is looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer success specialist to create unforgettable experiences for its customers
2. We re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual with strong effective communication, MS Excel, English proficiency (spoken), and time management skills
