Key responsibilities:

1. Handling inbound and outbound communications in the form of email/call/chat with the customers and clients
2. Designing systems for a great customer experience
3. Collaborating with multiple teams - sales, delivery, product etc. to improve the customer experience

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,200 - 20,500 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:
