We re specifically looking for a customer success executive who will roll up their sleeves and lead a team and help craft the company s customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional team leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. You will be working directly under the operations manager.

Key responsibilities:
1. Attend incoming calls and emails from existing customers
2. Understand customers' requirements and creating a proper execution strategy to solve them with the team s help
3. Arrange and head time to time meetings with the clients about the progress of their project
4. Provide valuable feedback to take client's marketing to next level
5. Act as a bridge between the sales team and operations team to acquire new accounts
6. Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed

A degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, mass communication, or relevant field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan strategically along with project management skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Never give up attitude to complete the assigned task
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Attention to details with time management and researching skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
