About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on runtime issues faced by customers and provide them quick fixes and/or alternate solutions
2. Operate in a quick manner while having good control of the product
3. Manage any issues/complaints in a timely manner to ensure timely resolution
4. Act as a liaison between various teams (internally and externally)
5. Work on different modes of support to customers - chat support + occasional voice support (1-way outbound), if necessary
6. Escalate issues in the correct manner to ensure effective and timely resolution
7. Come up with innovative ideas for increasing the customer experience as well as identifying the core areas of improvement and work with the team to improve the same
8. Take care of feedback and other key performance metrics defined by the company on customer engagement and make sure to achieve them

Required:

1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Fresher or 6 months of experience
3. Fluent in English
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Able to resolve queries and think out of the box to provide any solutions
6. Competent and flexible with customers
7. Have ample knowledge and interest in the digital domain we are working in to suggest best practices to clients and team members alike
8. Willingness to learn about the product in-depth and focused on how product knowledge is the key to servicing our customers best
9. Able to work in rotational shifts (on a monthly basis)

2. This team works on training, supporting queries, webinars, videos & other forms of content to ensure our customers get their queries resolved efficiently & empower them to use the product better every day
3. This role is a critical cog in our vision to support our customers by providing a world-class customer experience
4. You will be the primary point of contact for all customer-facing functions, including but not limited to solving runtime issues, escalating to the right team, and guiding them to the right solution
