1. Customer success function at LimeTray works with our existing customer base to help them realize maximum value out of their investment into purchasing our products
2. This team works on training, supporting queries, webinars, videos & other forms of content to ensure our customers get their queries resolved efficiently & empower them to use the product better every day
3. This role is a critical cog in our vision to support our customers by providing a world-class customer experience
4. You will be the primary point of contact for all customer-facing functions, including but not limited to solving runtime issues, escalating to the right team, and guiding them to the right solution
