About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding the needs of the enterprise customers for our products and solutions
2. Giving product demonstrations to the interested corporate and SME customers
3. Configuring pilot and proof of concept for corporate customers, based on customer needs
4. Playing the role of consultant for the enterprise software rollout
5. Ensuring that the customer uses all the functionalities of our software
6. Training the admin, managers, and users of the corporate/enterprise for effective usage of our product
7. Ensuring smooth implementation of our SaaS-based software
8. Working with the corporate customer to ensure maximum usage and effective ROI of our product
9. Providing customer support to the corporate users for any issues faced during the first month of usage of our application
