We are looking for an enthusiastic customer success manager who will be responsible for managing the YourDOST B2B clientele. This role is for someone who is creative but also very organized such that they can set up and optimize processes, do extensive follow-ups, and measure impact.
Key responsibilities:
1. Owning up the B2B accounts and making sure the client is having weekly/monthly access to the reporting to understand the impact
2. Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone, e-mail) are addressed quickly & efficiently
3. Designing and executing programs (online or offline) to increase engagement among YourDOST B2B clientele
4. Arranging for all logistical things required for the smooth functioning of various B2B accounts
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
2. Experience in organizing events
3. Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
4. Ability to speak other languages like Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu is a plus
5. Students in their final year of studies and students who have graduated recently can apply
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
