About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Establish deployment goals and success factors and then develop a plan to carry them out successfully
2. Conduct status calls on a regular basis to review both NCs and customer deployment status
3. Work on customer onboarding and resolving any escalations during this process
4. Account for the escalations by acting as s single point of contact for any response to any alerts, or red flags (directly from a customer reaching out for some issue)
5. Build a strong relationship with the customer to help him/her when required
6. Manage the renewals with a look out for an option of renewing the existing contract either at the end of the contract or during the running contract based on the performance of NC technology to the user
7. Work on upselling the campaigns by upselling different products of NC to the existing customer in which you can drive NC s portfolio growth
8. Work on periodic success and relationship checks by calculating the performance and the contribution of NC s technology and the services provided by us to the end customer or to any key account customer per se
9. Take effective steps in case some customers are unhappy with the product or for some other reason
10. Gather customer feedback regularly and implement that by means of any changes required by them by having the required departments of NC do so (can also be done from any internal or external review)

Note: The candidate should be quick and result-oriented to take the customer through the shortest path to value so that they can get some (ROI) as soon as possible. Only candidates with an MBA degree in marketing stream are preferred.

Salary during probation: ₹50,000 - 100,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 - 12,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 5%
