About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Assist users via mail, WhatsApp, phone, social media, and live chat support channels
2. Provide valuable insights and work with stakeholders such as product and technical teams on customer behavior and customer feedback
3. Gain a strong understanding of the product and business and work towards improving customer experience
4. Work on being a single point of contact for all customer-related queries and information
5. Help in re ning and enhancing the process and product for better user and customer experience
6. Perform verification tasks for campaigns running on the platform and evaluate/investigate the cause to certify trust
7. Work towards ultimate customer happiness by identifying and problem-solving issues and processes

Salary during probation: 10,000 - 17,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.4 LPA (All fixed)
