1. Make sure that our students receive all information regarding our product offerings in real-time
2. Act as a bridge between AccioJob and our students
3. Handle student queries and problems and guide them in the correct direction via chats, calls, emails, and social media platforms
4. Solve escalations of students and partners on various platforms
5. Solve any problem internal or external to make the experience of our students spotless/to make internal processes more efficient
Skills & Requirements:
1. Experience - freshers to 6 months
2. You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Telugu and English
3. You should be a quick learner and someone who can take ownership of work
4. You should be optimistic, resilient, and open to new ideas and ways of working
