Key responsibilities:

1. Answering customer chats via WhatsApp web and helping pre-orders and post-purchase customers
2. Replying to messages and comments on our social media posts and accounts (Facebook and Instagram)
3. Answering selected customer calls and helping them understand our product or resolve their issues
