About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver tasks as defined in the project scope and objectives with the customers
2. Adhere to project delivery plans and strives to complete the tasks on time
3. Forecast and control the deliverables against the plan
4. Identify deliverable risks, escalate, and mitigate them
5. Conduct support tickets analysis and take preventive and corrective actions in a timely manner
6. Work from customer location at Greater Noida
7. Understand and own customer expectations regarding quality
8. Perform quality measurement for parameters such as schedule, effort, productivity, and support quality (responsiveness, compassion, follow-up, and conclusion)
9. Strive to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
10. Understand customer's educational processes
11. Ensure support SLA guidelines are being adhered to by monitoring the support ticket management process, support efficiency
12. Adopt organizational frameworks and processes: process checklists, methods, tools, and libraries to improve productivity, templates, and standards to be followed by teams, and best practices and learning - knowledge base
13. Ensure a smooth handoff to the customer of all required deliverables
14. Understand project communication guidelines based on customer definitions and ensure the quality and timely delivery of all communication to the customer
15. Work closely with the customer success manager and represent the team and the company to customers
16. Interact with customers frequently and strive to maintain the highest customer satisfaction
