About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries through international voice calls (US Process)
2. Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Document customer interactions and update internal systems
4. Meet performance targets including AHT, call quality, and resolution
5. Communicate fluently in English with accuracy and professionalism

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (BPO only)
2. Excellent verbal communication in English
3. Ability to work night shifts (US Timezone)
4. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
