About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with our customers and guide them to the right solution
2. Work on keeping our community engaged by directly communicating with them - pre and post-sales (most communication will be via email/chat via our support tool and there will be occasional support via phone calls as well)
3. Coordinate with our ops team for all B2C shipments

Requirements:

1. You don't need any prior customer service experience
2. Great written and verbal communication skills
3. A combination of patience, empathy, and positivity
4. Problem-solving skills
