Key responsibilities:

1. Handling customer queries from different sources, such as chats, calls, and emails
2. Ensuring a disciplined follow-up mechanism to acquire customers
3. Devising new plans to attract new customers or encourage previous customers to make a transaction
4. Managing a team of representatives who offer customer support
5. Overseeing the customer service process
6. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
7. Creating policies and procedures
8. Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
9. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
