Key responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming customer phone calls, chats, and emails and take appropriate action for each query
2. Ensure the quality of service delivery of the task assigned
3. Work with clients for resolving queries
Requirements: Good written and spoken English is a must for the profile
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
