1. Support the investor side of the business which includes responding to emails and calls from investors and partners
2. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
3. Work closely with management to achieve outcomes based on company goals

5. Follow procedures and established processes to perform varied routine and non-routine tasks
