Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding, solving, and replying to the player's queries on email, Play Store reviews, or any other medium
2. Becoming the voice of the customer to the product team
3. Gathering deep knowledge of our games and keeping yourself updated about new features released
4. Communicating player's issues with the product and tech team regularly and clearly to get them resolved

Probation:
