Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional service and proactively find solutions to delight our users.
2. Provide prompt and effective responses to user inquiries via email and phone.
3. Demonstrate initiative and creativity in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
4. Take full ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
5. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to find the best possible solutions for our customers.
6. Generate reports for stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
7. Skillfully manage conflicts and maintain a positive customer experience.

Experience Required: 1.7 years (Insurance or Banking experience mandatory)

Languages:

1. Malayalam & English
2. OR Tamil & English
3. OR Telugu & English

CTC: 33,000; Take Home: 28,000
Shift: Day shift (6 days working, rotational week off)
Skills: Excellent communication is mandatory
