Should be a graduate with experience in any related field or other internship
Should have a minimum of 1+ year of experience working for customer support
Experience as a customer support intern/trainee/specialist, preferably within a similar environment to a SaaS company
Knowledge in supporting customer queries across the globe
Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role will be advantageous
Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities
Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 70%
2. Variable component: 25%
3. Other incentives: 5%
