About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on implementing new processes in uFaber's and make sure the student gets the best he/she deserves
2. Continually innovate to improvise and optimize existing systems and processes
3. Coordinate and manage all stakeholders of the ecosystem, trainer, students, content, and technology
4. Conduct orientation for newly enrolled students and assign faculty
5. Resolve students' queries via calls, email, or chat
6. Take feedback from the students via calls or email

Who can apply:

1. Looking for a candidate from the Mumbai location
2. 6 months+ experience in customer support
3. Good communication skills
