About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Working on customer delivery & managing projects related to business software such as ERP, CRM, SAAS applications, etc.
2. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues using NeoDove products
3. Talking clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, chat, or Google meets until they've solved the issue
Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

1. BTech degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2.5 - 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Other incentives: 20%
