8. Has a professional appearance and attitude and is someone the children want to emulate
9. Good communication skills and can communicate well with directors, teachers, co-workers, children, and parents
10. Is flexible and smart enough to know when something isn't working and has the ability to adapt to what will work
11. Has the drive and enthusiasm to be part of the family and work with commitment for the welfare of the business
