You'll be working directly with the founders and our learners. We are looking for a person willing to commit for the long haul. This role is meant for a person who is a hustler, is passionate about education, is outgoing, and is willing to take ownership.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with different departments and support to make a data-driven decision
2. Resolve data gaps that impact the fulfillment of the business's functional requirements
3. Develop logical and conceptual dataflows
4. Work with the business's management, and key stakeholders, in developing detailed business requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating functional designs, and guiding the business's leadership through analytical data processing when needed
Bachelor’s degree/MBA or relevant degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst
Experience in creating, collecting, analyzing, and communicating business insights from data
Experience working on metrics such as retention, churn, engagement, marketing, and product analytics
Strong background in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
Experience with Google Analytics, and Data Studio is preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
