1. Preparing and sorting soft files ready for data entry
2. Keying data into databases or spreadsheets, while monitoring for accuracy
3. Resolving data miscalculations, redundancy, and obtaining further information for files with missing data
4. Creating data backups
5. Testing new software (preferably OORWIN or any HRMS system) and finding new ways to enhance the data entry process
6. Responding to requests for information from authorized staff
7. Working to file and archive management
Required:
1. Should be a graduate of technical or management background preferred
2. Must have knowledge of MS Excel
3. An ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and pay attention to details
4. Good critical thinking and analytical skills
5. Good Communication skills; verbal and written
6. Basic computer knowledge is essential
7. Basic knowledge of MS Office
8. Good keyboarding skills
9. Ability to work under time constraints
10. Ability to search and make data ready
