We are seeking a data entry associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data into our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work to enter data accurately into computer systems and databases
2. Assist with verifying and correcting data as needed
3. Maintain accurate records of all data entry transactions
4. Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
5. Work to follow all data entry procedures and guidelines
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data entry
7. Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in data to management
8. Maintain confidentiality of all data and records

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven work experience as a data entry operator or a similar role
Excellent typing skills and ability to enter data accurately and quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Associate's degree in business administration or a related field
Experience with MS Office, and WordPress product upload
Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
