Data Entry Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Receiving and reviewing college admission applications from prospective students
2. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on the application
3. Entering the applicant's data into the college's admission management system
4. Ensuring compliance with college admission policies and procedures
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of admission applications and status
6. Assisting applicants with questions or concerns related to the admission process
7. Following up with applicants on their admission status and next steps
8. Staying current on changes in college admission policies and procedures
9. Checking the admission website daily for the updates
10. Creating an Excel sheet on college admission and cutoff

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office and admission management systems
2. Strong data entry and organizational skills
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
5. Good communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and school personnel
6. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
