Key responsibilities:
1. Entering data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other systems accurately and efficiently
2. Ensuring data integrity by verifying the accuracy and completeness of information
3. Reviewing and validating data for inconsistencies or errors
4. Performing regular data maintenance tasks, including data cleanup and deduplication
5. Generating reports and summaries based on entered data as needed
6. Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues and identify solutions
7. Assisting in developing and implementing data entry policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
8. Staying updated on
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced knowledge of functions, formulas, and pivot tables
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or Excel is a plus
