Data Process Exectuive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Transferring data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
2. Maintaining and handling data in MS-Excel
3. Maintaining daily operational records for management review
4. Analyzing methods to improve efficiency in entering data and tracking records
5. Prioritizing the work according to level of urgency
6. Working on the design, input and maintenance within the Excel database
7. Highlighting any discrepancies in data
8. Researching data for collaborated projects
9. Updating information
10. Proofreading information and updating as needed on a computer system

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. Relevant educational qualification in a related discipline
2. Freshers/1+ years experience in a related field
3. Good knowledge of computer and MS- Excel
4. Should have a good typing speed
5. Should be a quick learner
6. One should have a brief understanding of finance
