As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions which are tailored to the individual needs of clients. You should be able to take on responsibility for ensuring that clients gain the skills they need to be successful.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver engaging training sessions on popular data science topics
2. Create training materials and accompanying documentation
3. Facilitate feedback mechanisms to ensure sessions are tailored to clients needs
4. Keep up-to-date with trends in the industry by researching and attending events
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients
6. Monitor the progress of participants during and after training sessions
7. Identify and develop measures to assess training effectiveness
8. Evaluate and implement methods for improved client satisfaction and success
9. Design PowerPoint presentations and notes for the students
10. Design assignments, tasks, and projects
Must have good written and verbal communication
Able to relocate and travel for training
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
