1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Chennai, Coimbatore, Erode, Kollam, Madurai, Thiruvananthapuram, Visakhapatnam, Secunderabad, Kanyakumari, Alappuzha, Hyderabad, Komarapalayam, Tiruchirappalli, Salem, Cochin and neighboring cities

2. Mechanical/Chemical engineers (B.E, B. Tech, M. Tech, M.E) with strong mechanical/chemical fundamentals

3. Good maths & analytical skills

4. Good attitude towards constant learning in new Digital Twin, AI, IoT, Cloud technologies 

5. Compatibility to have extended work schedule 

6. Basic data science & Python knowledge

7. Experience 0 to 1 year in any core domain (mech, civil, chemical, and automobile)

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
