About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting desktop and laptop, POS issues and resolving them
2. Traveling within the city to multiple stores/warehouses/offices
3. Working on weekends and holidays (week off will be between Mondays to Thursdays)
4. Supporting daily incidents on hardware troubleshooting (desktop/laptop/POS/printers/scanners/CCTV/weighing scale/barcode printer, footfall counts machine, L0 network router/switch, etc)
5. Working on daily reports & updates
6. Working on preventive maintenance
7. Working on onsite project deliverable execution

Who can apply:

1. Knowledge of LAN & WAN
2. Knowledge of router and AP basic configuration and troubleshooting (L0)
3. Knowledge of mail configuration
4. Knowledge to install OS like Windows/Linux, etc.
5. Understanding retail applications will be an advantage
6. Working knowledge of MS products: Excel, Word & PowerPoint
7. A person willing to join within a week will be preferred
8. 0 to 3+ years of experience
9. 9 hours in the shift between 09 AM to 06 PM

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 13,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
