Development Analyst Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
3. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
4. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements:

1. Should have a B. Tech/MCA/Post-graduate diploma (full-time course)
2. Should have consistently scored more than 70% in 10th, 12th, and graduation/post-graduation courses with no backlogs (in the case of MCA if the candidate has done graduation course from a state university like DU, MDU, or UPTU, then 70% condition can be relaxed to 60%)
3. Should have clear concepts
4. Should have good communication and excellent logical skills
5. Should have a go-getter attitude and should be disciplined and hard-working
6. Should have a positive attitude
