We are looking to hire candidates to write for our school (Math & Science), exam prep, GK, and Hindi sections.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop error-free, plagiarism-free, and reader-friendly content as per SEO guidelines
2. Conduct thorough research and ensure excellent quality standards for the content
3. Ensure timely delivery of content and enhanced experience for the target users
4. Keep abreast of all current affairs and new developments in the test prep industry
5. Tailor stories as per user interest and in line with organizational KPIs (users, page views & story count)
6. Work closely with the content head/designated SPOC to grow the credibility of Jagran Josh as the one-stop platform for students
7. Carry out any other work-related tasks as found suitable by the management
Requirements:
1. Excellent English language skills (Hindi if applying for Hindi writer) [this is most important, if you don't have an excellent command of the language, please do not apply because language proficiency will be tested during recruitment)
2. Excellent academic record throughout school and college
3. Ability to research, write, edit and develop fresh content independently
4. Basic knowledge and understanding of SEO and SERP Ranking Matrix
5. Excellent domain knowledge based on the subject area (Science & Math for School, Exam Prep, GK, Hindi)
6. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Paint, etc.
7. Experience in working in a digital environment/education content creation company
