About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEM, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, etc.
2. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
3. Identify trends & insights and optimize spend & performance based on the insights
4. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
5. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
6. Set up and manage paid campaigns, including creating ad copy and analyzing and optimizing ad performance on all major search engines
7. Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring social media analytics, and engaging with followers
8 Collaborate with internal teams to create social media creatives, landing pages, etc.
9. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate and optimize the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that campaigns are effective and innovative
Skills & Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
2. Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, and high attention to detail
3. Strong experience in managing SEO/SEM, including Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager, marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaigns
4. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
5. Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Highly dedicated and passionate about marketing
