Key responsibilities:

1. Handling customer escalations along with the team and setting up SOPs
2. Handling data reporting and ensuring the best website practices are in place to drive on-site conversions
3. Handling social media marketing of our brand
4. Creating effective social media campaigns for our brand and working on their execution
5. Developing promotional content for our social media profiles on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Probation:
