Rangoli Furnishings Private Limited is looking for a digital marketing associate to join our growing team! As a digital marketing associate, you will have extensive knowledge in email marketing, social media marketing, Google AdWords, Google Workspace, Instagram marketing and LinkedIn marketing.
You will work with the team to design and manage our digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement and generate leads. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and deploy the best channels to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create digital marketing campaigns
2. Work to ensure consistency in the brand messaging
3. Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns
4. Prepare emails and newsletters to send to current customers
5. Assist to launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers
6. Work to optimize the business website to increase online traffic
7. Help follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms
8. Work to conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance
9. Maintain and monitor online listings across various e-commerce platforms
10. Assist to track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success
11. Work to shortlist influencers to collaborate with our brand
12. Help negotiate with influencers
13. Work on coordination for product shipping and returns
14. Work to ensure campaigns are tracked accurately and optimize performance
15. Work with the team to develop new customer acquisition strategies
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,10,000 - 4,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
Rangoli is a 28-year-old home textile company producing various products such as cotton terry towels, bath robes, body wraps, and hair wraps. Apart from bath linen, the company is also producing bath mats, carpets, cushion covers, and rugs. Other products include wall decals such as canvas paintings and wall stickers.
