Key responsibilities:

1. Develop digital marketing strategies to improve awareness, engagement, new customer acquisition (cross-sell/up-sell), and support client retention
2. Implement innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns
3. Measure and report performance of digital campaigns
4. Improve the social media presence of the company
5. Identify trends and optimize spend based on insights
6. Work on starting & handling SEO campaigns with Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn for lead generation, increase in views, website traffic diversion, etc.
