About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Run digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
2. Automate multi-channel campaigns in the Camp Automation platform
3. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
4. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience
5. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
6. Create/Curate content for social media and other platforms to increase the brand growth rate

Probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
