We are looking for an experienced digital marketing executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
2. Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
3. Launch optimized online advertisements through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
4. Actively participate in SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization
5. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels
6. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and continuously update the website
7. Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience
8. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.
9. Stay informed about online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
10. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
Proven experience as a digital marketing executive or in a similar role
Computer applications graduates preferred
BSc/BCA/BBA in marketing or a relevant field
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for marketing and technology
Should be well-versed in digital marketing concepts and understand how the internet can contribute to revenue growth
Should be tech-savvy, intuitive, and capable of generating innovative ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
