We're seeking a B2B marketing/lead generation executive to hunt for new accounts, close them, and increase the business pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on lead generation (hunting) and building a pipeline of large enterprises interested in hiring resources
2. Using marketing tools like Sales Navigator, and Lusha to connect with HR Heads of companies
3. Drafting and launching email marketing campaigns using Sales Handy and Mailchimp for companies that are actively hiring
4. Making creatives using Canva and posting them on LinkedIn to attract inbound leads
5. Tracking hiring posts by companies on LinkedIn and reaching out to them
6. Making sales pitches, capturing hiring requirements, and negotiating commercials
Preferred skills:
1. Strong written and spoken English skills
2. Ability to deliver presentations
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
