3. Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams to drive new product initiatives
4. Advocate on behalf of customers
5. Develop customer journey maps and use data-driven customer insights to guide product design and create compelling user experiences
6. Serve as an expert on trend-setting practices in e-commerce, particularly m-commerce, including analysis of the competitive landscape
