About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Writing, editing, and publishing engaging and conceptual posts for various social media platforms
2. Coordinating with clients for briefs and feedback
3. Ensuring quality checks on every post, copy, and concept you and the team work on
4. Coordinating with graphic designers for timely delivery of the creatives
5. Aiding in research and recommending new creative ideas during collaborative brainstorms
6. Ideating and planning social media calendar for given client
7. Tracking performance, analyzing, and implementing the learnings into new and existing campaigns


1. Proven work experience as a social media executive, copywriter, or a similar role
2. Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools
3. Hands-on experience on all platforms with a keen understanding of each platform's requirements, constraints, and effectiveness
4. Excellent communication skills

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 35,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2.4 - 4.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 5%
